The South Dakota Game, Fish and Parks Department has modified the lease at Lewis & Clark State Recreation Area to allow the resort operator to expand their facilities.
Regional Park Supervisor Shane Bertsch says about thirteen acres will be added to the resort area….
Bertsch says there will be more camping areas added….
Bertsch says they expect to see more campers and glampers in the future….
The first phase of the expansion should be ready by spring.
