An entire resort is up for lease inside the Lewis and Clark State Recreation Area near Yankton. The South Dakota Game, Fish and Parks Department is currently taking proposals from anyone interested in operating the resort. Regional Park Supervisor, Jeff Van Meeteren says the deadline for proposal submission is September 16th.
Van Meeteren says the current owners have decided it’s just time to leave the operation, and those with a business spirit are invited to look into this opportunity.
