Rules proposed by the South Dakota Game, Fish & Parks Department giving rewards for habitat ideas and guidelines for the Nest Predator Program were rejected by the Rules Review Committee of the legislature this week.

Both the habitat and Nest Predator programs were proposals from Governor Kristi Noem.
