In a party line vote the US House has decided to sue the President for what many republicans perceive as his attempts to overstep his authority.
South Dakota Congresswoman Kristi Noem voted for the legal action.

Noem said there is a difference between suing the President and impeaching him.

Noem says they believe they are upholding the will of the American people.

The suit points to executive orders from the President as a way to sidestep the authority of Congress.
