The American Petroleum Institute and American Fuel and Petrochemical Manufacturers are suing EPA over their failure to release RFS volume requirements in a timely manner. API’s Bob says they’re trying to prod the Agency forward on getting that important information out.
Greco says not having the volumes out is creating many problems for the petroleum industry, and the delay of information is also hurting other industries as well.
The suit was filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
