The mystery is over but the tragedy remains…after law enforcement located the remains of Jacob Wetterling near Paynesville.

53-year old Daniel Heinrich, named last fall as a person of interest in Wetterling’s disappearance, led authorities to the boy’s remains last week.
Wetterling disappeared from near his St Joseph home in 1989.
