Late October and November are the peak time for deer-vehicle crashes in Minnesota. Sue Roe with the Minnesota Department of Transportation says motorists need to be particularly alert during dusk and dawn when deer move between daytime bedding sites and evening feeding areas and a high percentage of crashes occur.
