The Biden Administration’s 30 by 30 Initiative is an unconstitutional land grab.  That’s according to American Stewards of Liberty Executive Director Margret Byfield who spoke to a packed house at last night’s Families Feeding Families meeting in Yankton.  She says the order would return 30-percent of the world’s land and oceans back to their native state.  She called landowners to action and said they need to educate their elected officials about the threat of this program.

Byfield says landowners also need to protect their private property by avoiding long term conservation easement programs.

Gayville farmer Jim Petrick says the 30 by 30 plan concerns him, especially in these times of war and possible global food insecurity.

Petrick says farmers are in the best position to manage their own land and are already doing it responsibly.

Byfield says they’re holding a national summit on 30 by 30 on Earth Day, April 22 in Lincoln hosted by Nebraska Governor Pete Ricketts.
