As construction continues on a new grain loading facility at the Napa rail junction in Yankton County, there is now an issue where some of the rail being built by Dakota Plains is located.

A circle track is being built at the wye junction to take advantage of connections with the state rail and the BNSF system.
Yeaton says they are having talks with Dakota Plains about the incursion on state land…..
Yeaton says the rail board doesn’t want to see development slowed down because of the land dispute……
Yeaton says he expects to hear more at their meeting later this month.
