South Dakota Congresswoman Kristi Noem has chosen current state Representative Larry Rhoden of Union Center to be her Lieutenant Governor. Noem made the announcement in a video released today……
Noem says Rhoden reflects many of her views…..
He served in the House previously from 2001 to 2008, and in the state Senate from 2009.
Her choice will be sustained this weekend by the republican state convention in Pierre.
