The U-S House and Senate voted to override President Obama’s veto of a bill allowing 9-11 survivors and victims’ families to sue Saudi Arabia based on claims the country played a role in the attacks.  Minnesota Democratic Senator Amy Klobuchar was among lawmakers voting to override the president’s veto.

 

This is Congress’ first override of a veto during Obama’s presidency.
