James River Water Development District Approves Project Funding

The James River Water Development District, meeting in Yankton, approved funding a number of projects in the basin.
Areas in and near Lesterville, Utica, and Davison and Marshall Counties received dollars.
District Manager Dave Bartel (bartle) says it is part of their mission of improvements all along the river…..

Bartel says most of the projects have some impact on the James River…..

Bartel says one of the Lesterville projects is kind of unique…..

The district will approve their 2018 budget at their next meeting in September in Aberdeen.
