South Dakota State hits the road for the final time in 2017 this weekend, traveling to Kansas City to take on the UKMC Kangaroos on Friday at Municipal Auditorium.
Tip is set for 6 p.m. and the game can be heard on 570 WNAX.
The Jackrabbits (10-5) are coming off an 87-74 win over Drake Tuesday after going 1-1 the week prior, dominating North Dakota Dec. 12 before a narrow double-overtime loss at Colorado on Dec. 15.
UMKC (3-10) has lost five straight games and dropped a 92-86 overtime contest to Central Michigan on Tuesday. The Kangaroos have dropped games to Southeast Missouri, North Carolina State, Incarnate Word and the Chippewas over the last three weeks.
This is the 20th meeting between the schools all-time, with SDSU holding a 13-6 edge. The Jacks have won seven of the last eight matchups and last season took down the ‘Roos, 77-68, in Frost Arena.
