The South Dakota State University football team will take a two-game winning streak into a key Missouri Valley Football Conference matchup Saturday at Northern Iowa.

Kickoff is set for 4 p.m. at the UNI-Dome in Cedar Falls, Iowa. The game can be heard on 570 WNAX.

The Jackrabbits enter the week with a 4-1 overall record and a 2-1 mark in the MVFC following a 36-7 Hobo Day victory over Youngstown State on Oct. 13. SDSU is ranked second in this week’s STATS FCS media poll and has returned to the No. 3 spot in the poll conducted by the American Football Coaches Association.

Northern Iowa, meanwhile, evened its overall record at 3-3 and improved to 2-1 in league play with a 42-28 road win at South Dakota last week. The Panthers re-entered the STATS FCS media rankings at No. 25 this week and are the top team receiving votes in the coaches’ poll.
