The South Dakota State University football continues its month-long homestand Saturday afternoon, hosting Drake in nonconference action.
Kickoff is slated for 1 p.m. at Dana J. Dykhouse Stadium. The game will be heard on 570 WNAX.
The Jackrabbits, ranked third in both the STATS FCS media poll and by the FCS?coaches this week, enter Saturday’s contest 1-1 overall. SDSU began its string of four consecutive home games with a 38-3 win over Long Island University on Sept. 7.
Drake, meanwhile, is in search of its first victory of the season under first-year head coach Todd Stepsis. The Bulldogs are 0-2 after a 46-7 season-opening loss at North Dakota on Aug. 31, followed by a 10-7 home setback against Truman State last week.
