The season rolls on for South Dakota State in the College Basketball Invitational, where they take on Old Dominion in the first round of the tournament on Wednesday in Norfolk, Va., at  6 p.m. CT.

This marks the third straight postseason appearance for the Jackrabbits after representing The Summit League at the NCAA Tournament in each of the last two seasons.

The Jackrabbits enter the tournament with a 19-12 record on the season, one win away from their third straight 20-win season, 23rd 20-win season in school history and the 11th 20-win season for coach Nagy.

The Monarchs enter the tournament with a 16-17 record after falling to Middle Tennessee State in the second round of the C-USA Tournament on Thursday.

A 16 team, single elimination tournament up until the championship series, which features a best of three series, the College Basketball Invitational plays all of its games at campus sites.

NEXT UP FOR THE JACKRABBITS – A win would advance South Dakota State to the CBI quarterfinals on Monday, March 24 against the winner of the Radford at Oregon State game.
