Jacks, Coyotes Dominate Honors

South Dakota State’s Macy Miller was selected as The Summit League Women’s Basketball Player of the Year in a vote of the league’s head coaches, sports information directors and select media members.

South Dakota’s Jasmine Trimboli secured a pair of individual honors as she was named Defensive Player of the Year and Sixth Woman of the Year. South Dakota State’s Tagyn Larson secured the Transfer of the Year honor, while Denver’s Claire Gritt was named the Freshman of the Year. The Coyotes’ Dawn Plitzuweit earned the Coach of the Year award.

Joining Miller as first team All-Summit selections are teammate Madison Guebert , South Dakota’s Allison Arens and Ciara Duffy , Oral Roberts’ Faith Ihim and Western Illinois’ Emily Clemens.
