South Dakota State’s victory over North Dakota State last Saturday has pushed the Jackrabbits closer to the top of the FCS football ratings.

SDSU is the highest rated Missouri Valley Football Conference team in the Coaches Poll at #5 with NDSU falling to #6. South Dakota is tenth in that poll.

North Dakota State fell only to fifth in the STATS FCS poll with SDSU sixth and USD tenth.

This week’s matchups include the Jacks hosting another MVFC top 20 team Illinois State while USD travels to NDSU.
