South Dakota State men’s basketball coach T.J. Otzelberger announced three additions to the Jackrabbit basketball program as part of Wednesday’s National Signing Day while women’s coach Aaron Johnston signed his largest freshman class since 2009-10 with five members.

The men’s additions include 6-7 forward Aaron Fiegen from Madison, S.D., 6-3 guard Owen King from Caledonia, Mn., and 6-0 guard Matthew Mims from Fairfax, Iowa.

The women’s signees include 6-0 forward Paiton Burckhard from Aberdeen, S.D., 6-2 forward Jordan Ferrand from Lino Lakes, Mn., 6-2 forward Addison Hirschman from Kingsley, Iowa, 5-7 guard Lauren Rongisch from Omaha, Ne., and 5-10 forward Sidney Stapleton from Blaine, Mn.
