Jackrabbits Fall to Coyotes

The number one seeded SDSU women’s basketball team fell to fourth seeded USD today at the women’s Summit League tournament 72-58.

The Coyotes lead the whole game and will play the winner of the Denver and IUPUI game in Tuesday’s final.

The Jackrabbits were led by Megan Waytashek with 18 pts. and 7 rebounds and Steph Paluch with 12 pts.

The Jackrabbit Women will now have to wait to see if they will play in the NIT after the NCAA tournament has been seeded.
