J.E. Meuret Grain Company Purchases Crofton Grain Company

A northeast Nebraska grain elevator company has expanded its operations.  Effective October 1st, J.E. Meuret Grain Company of Brunswick, Nebraska has taken over the ownership and operations of the former Crofton Elevator.  A news release says the J.E. Meuret Grain Company will honor all contracts with the Crofton Elevator.  J.E. Meuret Grain Company says they value the relationships that have been built over the last 15 years and appreciate the efforts of all the staff at Crofton Elevator.  Invoices, statements, and contracts generated after October 1st will now originate from the J.E. Meuret Grain Company.  The new owner says they will make improvements to the Crofton elevator to add value to their business relationship.  The J.E. Meuret Grain Company now has nine different locations within northeast Nebraska.  Headquartered in Brunswick with other locations at Plainview, Creighton, Dakota City, Foster, Atkinson, Orchard and Pierce.
