Morel mushroom season in Nebraska is underway. Nebraska Game & Park Commission spokesman Greg Wagner says the mushrooms are starting to spring up.

Wagner has a few hints as to where to go mushroom hunting.

Wagner says it is important you don’t trespass and ask permission from the landowner to mushroom hunt. He says if you are caught without permission you will be ticketed and fined.
