The Iowa State Fair kicked off over the weekend with good weather and record crowds. Iowa Secretary of Agriculture Bill Northey says Iowa still has one of the largest state fairs in the country featuring 4-H, FFA and open class livestock shows, great exhibits and fair food.
He says it’s a great opportunity to showcase agriculture and that’s something they’re very proud of.
