Iowa Secretary of Ag Bill Northey filed his nomination petitions yesterday with the Secretary of State to run for reelection.  He says he wants to build on the successes he’s had to date in his department and feels there is much more work to do.

Northey sees some challenging times ahead for agriculture and feels he is well positioned to help Iowa farmers weather the storm.

Northey, a farmer from Spirit Lake, is currently serving his 2nd term in office.
