The Iowa Soybean Association is hosting the 4R Nutrient Stewardship Event Monday August 16 at DORDT University in Sioux Center starting at 9 a.m. ISA Senior Field Service Program Manager Scott Nelson says the event will allow farmers to share their experiences with nutrient management and to learn about new technologies enhancing those.

He says one of the newer technologies they’ll talk about will help farmer in applying liquid manure more accurately and evenly.

Nelson says they’ll also be giving some cover crop management tips.

Nelson says to register, just go to the Iowa Soybean Association website.
