Iowa Pork Producers Association has announced this year’s winner of the “Best Breaded Pork Tenderloin Sandwich.”  Lid’s Bar and Grill of Waukon was named as the restaurant with the best pork tenderloin sandwich.  Kelsey Sutter, Marketing and Programs Director with the Iowa Pork Producers Association explains.  Sutter says this year’s winner has an interesting back story about his restaurant.  Sutter says this year’s contest had entries from nearly 500 restaurants from across the state of Iowa.  She tells how the breaded pork tenderloin from Lid’s Bar and Grill was chosen as the state’s best.
