Iowa lawmakers passed a bill this session legalizing sports betting and allowing casinos to add it to their gambling offerings.

Senator Randy Feenstra of Hull says it took a while to find agreement…

Feenstra says it won’t be a big money maker for the state..

Governor Kim Reynolds has not yet signed the bill.

Legislators also approved an industrial hemp program.

Iowa was one of only seven states that have not approved some type of industrial hemp program.
