Health care and business professionals in many of Iowa’s small-to-mid-sized towns will be gathering for an annual summit this week. Indira Karic is executive director of the Heartland Rural Physician Alliance, which is sponsoring the meeting.
Karic says the keynote speaker for the conference is Bruce Bagley, President and CEO of TransforMED.
Other speakers include Dr. Bob Rauner with Nebraska’s Rural Physician Alliance and Dr. Phil Gaziano the founder and CEO of Accountable Care Associates in Massachusetts. The summit is scheduled for this Friday, October 3 at the Courtyard Marriott in Ankeny.
