Iowa Farm Bureau President Craig Hill has been named to the Board of the Council For Ag Science and Technology. He says the Board’s purpose is to seek the most credible and reliable science so it benefits producers and consumers alike.
Hill says the CAST Board will deal with a wide range of issues ranging from biotechnology to labeling to renewable fuels and antibiotics.
Hill says the CAST group will look at agriculture’s needs and hopefully assemble the right science to meet those needs.
