A ruling by the DC Circuit Court of Appeals throwing out the approval of year round of use of E-15 is causing ripples in Congress. Iowa Representative Randy Feenstra, member of the House Agriculture Committee says the ruling is terribly disappointing and now it’s time for Congress to take action.

Feenstra says he and his colleagues are already going to work on a legislative solution to this latest court ruling impacting E-15.

Feenstra says ethanol is critical to the nation’s environment and economy and creation of jobs and other positive benefits for everyone.
