Traditionally, at the start of May the Iowa Beef Industry Council names an Iowa restaurant that has been selected as serving the “Best Burger in In Iowa.” It is all part of recognizing the value of beef during the month-long beef promotion. The Iowa Beef Industry Council along with the Iowa Cattlemen’s Association honored the chosen restaurant. Kylie Peterson, the Iowa Beef Industry Council’s Communications Director tells us this year’s winning restaurant with the title of “Best Burger.”
Peterson says the best burger is known as “The Foundation.”
Peterson says past honored recipients saw an increase of business and a demand for beef.
