Several different breeds of beef cattle will converge at the Iowa State Fairgrounds in Des Moines beginning this weekend for the annual Iowa Beef Expo.  Malary Robinson is the director of the beef show and sale, and tells of the breeds of cattle to be represented at this year’s Iowa Beef Expo.

The Iowa Beef Expo runs from Saturday, February 11th through Sunday, February 19th.  Robinson says many breed organizations are now participating in what is known as the “Supreme Road Drive Parade.”
