A South Dakota cable, phone and internet provider has been sold, and the new owners are promising improved services.

WoW!, formerly Knology has sold their in state assets to Clarity Telecom.

 

Keith Davidson, chief financial officer of Clarity appeared before the Yankton City Commission last night as the board voted on the franchise transfer.

He said they have a long history in the cable business…

 

Davidson says they plan to expand their services…

 

Davidson said they want to work with the communities they serve…

 

Davidson said they will have their headquarters in Sioux Falls, and serve fifty two thousand customers at the start.
