The interim chair of the Democratic National Committee told a Nebraska audience that, for the first time, a foreign government is trying to influence a United States election.

Donna Brazile, speaking at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, relates her reaction after the security briefing on the hacking of the DNC email server. . .

Brazile accuses Russia of hacking the system and using the stolen playbook to manipulate private information in a way to influence the presidential election.

Brazile, also claims that Donald Trump has gotten more than three billion dollars worth of free publicity. . .

Brazile says the presidential campaign has spent too much time focusing on Trump’s antics or his latest controversy while ignoring the policy statements of Democrat Hillary Clinton.
