Nebraska Congressman Adrian Smith says the failure of CoOportunity Health leaves tens of thousands of Nebraskans without health insurance…and raises questions about the viability of the federal health insurance law.
CoOportunity…a non-profit health insurance cooperative…can no longer cover claims against it, even after receiving 146-Million in federal funds.
Smith suggests the case says a lot about the new law. . .

Smith has written the Health Secretary, asking what Nebraskans now left without coverage should do.

Smith has requested former CoOportunity members be allowed more time to find new health insurance.
