The healthcare bill has stalled in the Senate, and the plan now is to vote on a full Obamacare repeal plan as efforts to replace the law has failed. Insurance expert Art Jetter owns Art Jetter and Company in Omaha is anxious to hear what will be included in that replacement plan.

Jetter says the problem is people who don’t understand markets and competition are managing markets and competition.
