South Dakota Senator Mike Rounds defeated his primary opponent, Scyller Borglum in the republican primary this week by a seventy-five to twenty five percent margin.

Rounds says it was a very different campaign experience….

Rounds says they used some traditional technology to make connections…

He says the “tele town halls” got a lot of attention…..

Rounds says he hopes that he will be able to get out and make more personal appearances during the fall campaign.
Rounds will face democrat Dan Ahlers in November.
