When South Dakota legislators return to Pierre Monday for the final day of the 2022 session, the House Select Committee on Investigation will meet again to talk about the possible impeachment of Attorney General Jason Ravnsborg.
Committee Chairman, House Speaker Spencer Gosch sent a letter to Governor Kristi Noem, asking her to “cease and desist” from interfering with the committee’s work. She has been critical of the committee’s process and continues to push for the Attorney Generals impeachment.
Committee member, Representative Ryan Cwach of Yankton says all of that is in the background….

The House is scheduled to return on April 12th to take final action on impeachment.
