River levels on the Missouri River are finally dropping after months of near flood levels in many reaches.

Governor Kristi Noem and the states Congressional delegation has asked the Corps to run Gavins Point releases above the normal winter flow to help draw down upstream reservoirs to open up more flood storage space.
