The Yankton Area Ice Association will celebrate this weekend to mark the payoff of their indoor ice facility.

Dave Spencer, a former board member of the ice association says the Kiwanis 4H Ice Center was developed through cooperation………

To celebrate, the ice association will host a “mortgage burning” party Saturday at 5:30 at the ice center.
