Iowa Citizens for Community Improvement are holding an Ag Justice Rally in Des Moines on Saturday near the Iowa Events Center. ICCI Organizer Jess Mazour says they want to outline their vision for agriculture that works for farmers, consumers and the environment.

She says their ag vision is a complete shift from corporate agriculture.

Mazour says the clean energy they’re backing is wind and solar and they oppose ethanol and biodiesel which her group says contributes to climate change.

The ICCI rally starts at their office at 7 a.m. Saturday and then goes next to the Iowa Event Center at 7:30. ICCI’s rally is being held next to the Corporate Ag Summit being held at the Iowa Event Center.
