Most counties in eastern South Dakota are dealing with flood and storm related road issues.
Hutchinson County Commissioner Curt Ulmer says it’s a completely new situation….
Ulmer says they don’t have details yet on what the total costs of repairs will be.
He says they are not going to do any paving that had been planned this year…
Ulmer says there is no way they can pay for all the needed repairs without help from the state or federal government.
