Two-time All-Big 12 volleyball player Andie Malloy of Baylor will play this season for defending national champion Nebraska as a graduate transfer.

The Nebraska athletic department announced Monday that Malloy, who earned her marketing degree at Baylor, would begin pursuing a master’s degree in applied science and have one season of eligibility.

Malloy is a 6-foot-2 outside hitter from Allen, Texas, who led Baylor with 3.05 kills per set and 33 service aces. She played with the U.S. Collegiate National Team in the 2015 World University Games in South Korea. She also toured China with the U.S. collegiate team in 2014.

Malloy began her collegiate career at Iowa State in 2012. She sat out the 2013 season after transferring to Baylor.
