July is Food Safety Month and so we visited with Registered Dietitian Corrinna Lenort from Avera Sacred Heart hospital in Yankton to remind us that we can easily stay away from foodborne illness by using some basic tips

Corrinna reminded us that hand sanitizer is a great thing to pack if you are heading out for a picnic. Keeping hands clean is important in handling food and soap is not always practical.
