HIV Cases Remain Stable in Minnesota

The total number of HIV cases in 2016 remained stable in Minnesota. Krissie Guerard with the state Department of Health says there were 290 cases reported last year compared to 298 in 2015

Guerard says there was however a 41-percent increase in new HIV infections in Greater Minnesota, with 52 cases in 2016 compared to 37 in 2015.
