South Dakota Congresswoman Kristi Noem has taken a big step toward becoming the first female Governor in state history. She won the GOP primary with a resounding majority over Attorney General Marty Jackley.
Noem had a fifty-six to forty four percent margin over Jackley, and got over fifty seven thousand republican votes.
