Congress will be talking about the Highway Trust Fund as the timeline for that funding comes to an end this month. South Dakota Congresswoman Kristi Noem says they are working together to make sure the Trust Fund will continue.

Noem says she is optimistic about that proposal.

She says permanent funding would be the best option, but the House may settle for a temporary fix until next year.
