The South Dakota State Transportation Board again heard about the Highway 46 issue through Wagner.

Juffer says keeping the four line configuration would bring a higher return….

Jundt says those agreements are not final yet….

The D.O.T. has a three lane rebuild of the Highway through Wagner on the five year construction plan.
