Changes in construction plans will lead to a sooner than expected detour on Highway 46 in southeast South Dakota.
Regional D.O.T. Engineer Greg Rothschadl says the work from Irene west to Highway 81 was always planned to be a two year project….

Rothschadl says there are six bridges to be replaced in that twelve mile stretch….
