When students return to classes in the Hartington-Newcastle school district next week, they will have new Chrome-books waiting for them.
Superintendent A.J. Johnson says they decided to upgrade to a one to one program, where every student in middle and high school has their own electronic device…..

Johnson says the pads will be another education supplement, not a replacement….

Johnson says teachers will be able to control how students use their devices…..

Johnson says their filtering software on the ebooks will also work when students use them at home. School starts next Tuesday in the Hartington-Newcastle district.
